helpful staff smooth process great pool area comfortable place
The staff was helpful and cute. Manal at the front desk arranged an airport transfer, and the process was smooth. The upstairs pool area is great. The bar serves alcoholic drinks and food from the restaurant. I found a TV in my room with both Netflix and YouTube.
I noticed some stains on the coffee table in my room.

friendly staff really good hammam good food convenient location
The staff accommodated all requests promptly. Mina's hammam service was really good. The hotel restaurant offers good food. I appreciated the location, as it allowed easy access to commercial areas and taxis were readily available.
The roof in the stairwells was low and unmarked . I hit my head hard several times.

My stay included access to a beautiful rooftop swimming pool. The hotel offered magnificent views. I found the location very convenient, near the main attractions. The staff arranged taxis efficiently, which I needed.
I found that the towels in the bathroom seemed a bit old. They were more grey than white.

convenient location rooftop pool
I found the location very convenient, a perfect starting point for exploring local attractions. Easy access was a plus. the rooftop pool provided a tranquil escape with fine views! it really reminded me of a slice of paradise after a day of sightseeing, and the bar service up there was excellent.
I noticed the soundproofing in my room could have been better. I could hear some street noise at times, a little distracting. this wasn't a major issue, but it did affect the overall peace sometimes.
